This is ChopChop and the padded bench I built on the end of our bed.
In the Spring, Summer, and Fall we like to go for walks around our neighborhood. One of our neighbors cut out two square holes in his fence so his dog could stick its head out and look around.
Hopefully people aren’t dumping hazardous water since we caught Will trying to drink out of gutter during our walk. He likes to pretend he’s a dog.
My Dad and Granny’s squash garden.
I wonder if I could eat that? Are all squash blossoms created equal? I’ll have to Google that.
Sidewalk art in front of my parent’s home. Looks like the beginnings of my Dad’s famous claw drawing.
A hallway in my parent’s home has a small doorway to a secret room that is built in their stair well. All the grand-kids, including Will, love to play in it!
Remember last week when I was bragging about the bins under my kitchen sink? When I was under there cleaning it out I found a leak. We ended up replacing the faucet.
This is the amazing tree-house my dad built in a tree in my parents yard. All the grand-kids adore it as well!
This is hornet-bee. Will is beyond afraid of hornet-bee! Hornet-bee shouldn’t be confused with fly-bee (the common house fly). Our front tree is full of hornet-bees. We have had three different exterminators look at them. They all claim there is nothing that can be done. Let me know if you know different:)
