It’s Monday, so regardless of anything and everything I have promised myself that I would weigh. The verdict: 143. Right about now you are probably gasping and then groaning. Here is the deal. You saw the above pictures (I took Saturday night and all day Sunday off). I also only worked out three days this week. The cheat days were planned. I do this about once a month, to keep my sanity, so that I have stuff to write about, and because I just plain love food (especially the high fat high sugar content stuff). I am not going to make excuses about the workouts because I am a huge believer in the fact that you can always make time for the things you want to do. I am just going to chalk it up to lazy and I will do better this week. I have lots to share over the next few days, I can’t wait!
The above photos show a jar of Maple Bacon Whipped Mustard or as I like to call it Heaven in a Jar or The Best Darn Mustard I Have Ever Put Into My Mouth. Wow was that stuff ever wonderful! As you can see I ate it all, all 11.5oz! I purchased it at a really cool store I have been wanting to go to for a long time called The Prepared Pantry. I’ll tell you about it later. The dip is made by Elki, a company out of Washington State. They have a great website and lot of other exciting, unique, and yummy stuff. This is not the first of their products I have had. Enough about that. Here are my diet and exercise stats for the past week:
Weight (from Monday 04/23/2012, I only weigh once per. week): 140 lbs.
P.S. At least it was not 145, Right!
