"Dreadmill"

As I indicated in my update, yesterday I had a cheat day.  I went to Love at First Bite and got some cupcakes and fudge.  I ate two of the cupcakes and I could not ingest any more sugar after that.  My body was simply done.  So this morning I proceeded to eat the leftover fudge, ~1/3 of a pound (~625 calories).  Then I ate one of my two year olds pudding cups 160 calories. Luckily I got a hold of myself after that, but not before the thought crossed my mind to have a toasted peanut butter and Nutella sandwich! What is wrong with me? 
So I decided to make a “calorie free” cup of coffee and go directly to a “new to me” blog I have been following lately, Gourmet Runner.  The author’s newest post was about the ½ marathon she recently ran.  So I was inspired, and I high tailed it to the treadmill to work off a portion of the fudge.   
While on the treadmill I was reminded of another one of her posts she wrote about her view from her treadmill.  I found it hilarious!  This is the sad view from my treadmill.  I honestly do not think I would make it even one minute without my iPod!  I can’t wait until it gets warm enough to run outside (with my two year old).  I could probably run outside now myself, but it is still too cold for him.
Tomorrow I will still post my calorie intake from today since I did get a hold of myself.  If I were to estimate, I bet I ate between 2500 and 3500 calories yesterday.  Worth it?  Maybe.  I will let you know next Monday after I weigh in.
