I had my body fat measured today.
21%. I had to Google it to see if it was normal.
I weighed in at 143 lbs.
Scarlet wants me at 18-19% before she feels comfortable having me just maintain and strictly build muscle.
Therefore, I’m still in the process of trying to lose a little more body fat.
So, for the next two weeks I’m going to eat 100 fewer calories per day and up my cardio by 45-60 minutes each week.
Hopefully these changes will be just enough. Losing body fat while maintaining muscle is a tricky business!
My traps are ultra sore today! I’m thinking it’s from assisted pull-ups. I have yet to complete a hanging (non-assisted) pull-up. Baby steps.
