This is what happens when you don’t pack enough post workout food.
After we went to the gym today we ended up visiting family and stopping at the grocery store.
By the time we got home I was starving.
Chocolate rice cakes with a broken up protein bar on top. Microwaved for 15 seconds. Delicious!

I’m keeping this journal to remind myself of how I felt throughout this prep. I won’t post exactly what I ate each day or the exact workouts I do in my daily journal entries.
