I just published my November Food Journal Entries. I formatted them differently than September and October. I thought the 2 step access to each entry was cumbersome. Let me know if you like the new format. I’ll make them all uniform eventually.

Just as a side note. I’m not claiming that my diet is the “end all” solution. I suppose if I win my competition I’ll make that claim.
I want to put it out there for myself so I have history I can look back on and learn from. And if people are interested it’s there.
I’m super interested in what athletes and bodybuilders eat on a daily basis.
My goal is to get to the point where I post my diet journal entries on a daily basis. Or at least weekly.
As of today, I’m only 10 days behind.
I just finished my Saturday night, “Party Night” Halo Top! On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights I let myself have the higher calorie Halo Top. Pints of Halo Top are all between 240 and 360 calories for the entire pint. On weeknights I stay under 300 calories and on weekend nights I can have the 300+ calorie pints.
Yes, this is what I’ve become! The Halo Top Hedonista!
