Have you ever been “full” on vegetables? It doesn’t feel even remotely like being “full” on deep dish pepperoni and mushroom pizza or homemade macaroni and cheese.

It’s kind of a hollow and sour full feeling. It’s a little better with some kind of protein.

But, being full of carbs is the best kind of full!

The top 10 foods I love getting full on:

1.) pepperoni and mushroom pizza

2.) homemade macaroni and cheese

3.) spaghetti carbonara

4.) cheeseburgers

5.) spaghetti with tomato sauce and loads of Parmesan

6.) fried rice

7.) baked Brie with crusty toast

8.) chocolate cake

9.) peanut butter and Nutella sandwiches on fluffy white bread

10.) bagels with cream cheese and ham

The top 10 foods I do /or/ would hate getting full on:

1.) raw broccoli

2.) rice cakes

3.) jello

4.) fresh tomatoes

5.) iceberg lettuce

6.) raw mushrooms

7.) pickles

8.) jelly beans

9.) shrimp cocktail

10.) sorbet

I guess that’s why they call em comfort foods.

I won’t be getting full on any of them for a long long time!
