Worked out with Scarlet at 11:30am.
*Weighed in at 133 lbs.
Scarlet wants me to build for a few more weeks. As far as I know I’m still sitting at 17% body fat.
This business of building muscle and losing fat is super tricky!
If I start cutting now, I could risk losing what I’ve already built. I could also risk peaking earlier than competition week.
So, for the next 4 weeks, we’re going to take it week by week. Next week Scarlet will check my body fat. Then, each week after that we’ll keep an eye on my weight.
If I gain a couple of pounds it won’t be too big of a deal. Hopefully it will be all muscle! I’m confident that even if I stay where I’m at, body fat wise, for the next four weeks I could still get to where I need to be by competition day in 12 weeks.
So, I get 4 more weeks of 2000 to 2500 calories per day. Which is awesome, even though I was sort of looking forward to beginning my cut because I’m curious about what cutting is going to be like and to see how I will look.
I had my first posing lesson at 1:15 with Jo Lawrence (NGA Figure Pro). It’s way more difficult than I thought it would be, and all we went over was walking! I’m sooooo glad I decided to get lessons!
Last was Friday Night Fights, dinner, and then BED!
