FIGURE COMPETITION PREP. MY DAILY JOURNAL


Simple enough, right? Precut veggies ready to go in the pan or oven.

Not really. I still have to separate them from one another and weigh them, in their own groups. And then, I can roast or sauté them.

I’m not complaining about my process. It’s how I have to do things. I’m just irritated with myself for not prepping some meals over the weekend.

I pre-made my daytime meals for three weeks in a row. 
But last week and this week I didn’t. 
I have to get it done on Saturday or Sunday or it’s just not going to happen. 
Consequently, I’ve been eating a lot of prepackaged protein bars and protein shakes. 

I just realized, today, that Thanksgiving is next week. 
I don’t care about the food. I won’t be eating any of it. Unless I take my food scale and portion some plain turkey breast off of the bird.
I’m not sad about it. I’m excited to spend time with my family and to have an extra day off.
