I have this complete mental hang up about having a big fat satisfying dinner every night!
Even though I stay within my prescribed amount of calories and macronutrients I have a habit of saving a disproportionate amount of my calories for the end of the day.
It’s sort of like a little reward for eating well and working out during the day.
It’s a dumb habit!
I think it might be causing me to plateau in my fat loss.
I’ll re-evaluate tomorrow. But, now I have to go to bed because not getting enough sleep can sabotage me as well.
