I know I said I wasn’t concerned with my weight. But, I can’t check my body fat every single day or even every week.
My goal is to lose ~1 lb. of fat per week. It’s a slow meticulous game. Trying to build muscle and keep it on while trying to take fat off.
Weighed in at 143 lbs.

I never thought I’d look at food as fuel as much as I am right now. But, some days I’m so busy I feel like my ratios are more important than how my food tastes.
Weekends are a different story. I still count my macros and stay in range. But I experiment with my food and try to make it interesting. I’m still passionate about food!
