I had a chance to read a couple of articles about trying to focus on losing body fat and building muscle at the same time.
It’s a damn tricky endeavor!
The problem is: In order to lose body fat you need to create a calorie deficit. But, in order to gain muscle you need a calorie surplus.
Apparently it’s possible but difficult. I feel like that’s what I’ve been doing. But, maybe not.
It’s hard for me to conceptualize how it could work. Maybe I just need to get some sleep and think more about it tomorrow.
