Wine bottling party at my parents house tonight.

Will wanted to go so we dropped him off while we went to the gym. 

Ten years ago a generous portion of that wine would never have made it into those bottles! 

It would’ve been a “Hide the Wine! The Walters are Here!” Party.

I weighed in at exactly 138 lbs. tonight. (down 1/2 lb. since last week).

No surprise. Slow and steady wins the race.

Tonight I worked legs. I knew Scarlet wanted to work legs even before I got to the gym. I’ve had some pain in my right rectus femoris muscle. 

I thought Scarlet would say, “Well then we’ll just work biceps and triceps tonight. But, she still had me work my legs. She literally worked every other muscle in my legs besides the muscle that was sore. It was amazing how she just automatically knew how to avoid that specific muscle yet still give me a killer leg workout!

I learn something new every single time I work with Scarlet. She is saving me so much time and energy. If I tried to do this on my own, I could probably figure it out eventually. But, it would take years not months!
