Last minute Christmas shopping at Barns & Noble.
I weighed in at my training today. 136.1 lbs. Right on track.
I got to train during the day today. I love working out in the morning and the early p.m. when I have the chance.
If I were “retired” or I owned a gym my workout schedule would go something like this:
Monday: 8 am {legs (quads/calves)}, 2 pm (yoga)
Tuesday: 8 am cardio, 2 pm {upper body (biceps/triceps)}
Wednesday: 8 am {legs (hamstrings/glutes)}, 2 pm (yoga)
Thursday: 8 am cardio, 2 pm {upper body (back/shoulders)}
Friday: 8 am boxing, 2 pm (core/adductors/abductors)
Saturday: 8 am (yoga), afternoon {family activity (bike ride/hike/swimming)}
Sunday: 8 am {fun class (like: crossfit/pole dancing/barre)}, 2 pm full body massage
