Tried this single serve mug muffin yesterday. For only 240 calories and 20g of protein it was lovely. This muffin and some chocolate chip cookie dough Halo Top were my Christmas Day treats!

Last night I couldn’t get into my website admin to post. I was having some site update issues.

I would’ve called Bluehost (my site host) last night because they have 24/7 support but I didn’t know how long it would take to resolve and I was super tired. 

I decided to call today as soon as I got home from the gym. It literally took under 30 seconds to resolve! I Love Bluehost!!!

I will post again tonight, but I wanted to get caught up. Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas!
