I was going to tell you that breakfast is my favorite meal.
It’s not true. Everything I eat is my favorite meal!
I actually learned a long time ago that changing the way you eat doesn’t have to be miserable.
The food itself isn’t my biggest hang up. It’s the amount. I really like the feeling of being full!
Most people already eat healthy food. They just eat too much of it. And then add some garbage food on top of it.
But all I’ve really done is take the healthy food I already love and get a little more creative with some of it. And, I eat less of it than I used to.
Like instead of smothering my chicken breasts in condensed cream of chicken soup and melted cheddar cheese I simply season and grill it. Then I’ll add a mountain of highly seasoned vegetables so I don’t feel so deprived.
The coolest thing about maintaining a healthy lifestyle in 2017 is the endless amount of amazing food products available to make the process not tolerable but absolutely enjoyable.
Companies/Brands like Halo Top, Quest, flapJacked, Quaker, Trader Joe’s, Dannon, etc……. I could go on forever, have made this process so much easier and tasty than it would have been even 5 years ago.
Searching out new, unique, and healthy foods is one of my favorite things to do.
