Do you think you should workout when you’re sick?
I’m not talking about fever or food poisoning sick. Obviously if you can’t get off the couch or out of the bathroom you’re not going to drag yourself to the gym.
I’m talking about head cold, chest cold, sinus infection sick.
I started feeling symptoms on Monday. Now it’s a full blown, painful ass, sinus infection!
I’ve decided not to stop working out!
This is why medication was invented. So you can continue to live your life and get the things done that you need to get done while feeling sort of out-of-it and hazy headed.
I figure if I continue to eat right, drink plenty of water, get plenty of sleep, and take copious amounts of miscellaneous (not really miscellaneous) pills I should be fine by Saturday! And I won’t have missed any workouts!
And, WebMD has given me the green light as well!
I’ll let you know how it turns out.
