{piles and piles of cold snow}
Especially in the winter time I want to eat more food. I want to get full!
Even though I always know what I’m going to eat and when I’m going to eat it, most of the time, I want to eat more of it!
Not because I’m hungry.
Every single thing I eat tastes good to me. Because that’s how I’ve planned my diet. My diet isn’t special, it’s just my diet.
It’s not secret like a prescription diet someone made up that guarantees weight loss. Even if you comprise your diet of marshmallows alone you can lose weight. Because calorie deficits result in weight loss!
Anyway, blah blah blah, food, blah blah blah!
Sometimes I just want to eat more of it! One of the things I tell myself when I want more (and I know I’m not hungry) is that I can have more tomorrow.
“Don’t worry, you don’t need to eat any more of that today. You’re not hungry. In fact you feel perfect right now. It will still be there in the morning if you really want more!”
