Two weeks until I start cutting and carb cycling.

I’ve read a lot of different opinions on when you should start cutting. There are a lot of different factors to consider. Mostly you’re body fat % and the weight/body fat % you’re shooting for.

One rule of thumb I read said to figure out how many lbs you need to lose then add 50% and that’s the number of weeks you should allow for a cut. 

I have no idea where I’m going to end up, weight wise.

I figure I could end up as high as 125 lbs. or as low as 118 lbs.

That’s a range of 7 to 14 lbs.

According to those numbers I could stand to have a 16 week cut (at least!).

Also, every single article I’ve read said to give yourself plenty of time for setbacks and plateaus.

I’m excited to see where I end up!
