I don’t generally drink my calories.
I drink my coffee black or with a little bit of low/no calorie sweetener.
I will drink a diet soda every once in a great while.
But, I love food so I try to save all my calories and macros for it!
Kombucha is different. I almost consider it food. I don’t drink it everyday. It’s a treat. I drink it on the days I burn the most calories.
It’s the kind of thing I won’t be able to have during my cut. During my cut I’ll want every calorie to count. I won’t be eating any miscellaneous or treat type calories.
This particular flavor of kombucha was amazing! It had a perfect amount of spice. Not too hot. But, you could feel a little heat in your throat.
I love sweet and savory drinks/food!
