Health & Fitness Update + Weight Woes

Monday (all day long) I was in an unshakable funk.  The 140s are proving to be a huge challenge for me to get through!  It is my own fault.  I broke down on Sunday and ended up having an unplanned cheat day.  Among other things, I devoured a half a package of Lorna Doones smothered with Nutella, and ate Jimmy John’s for dinner.  I do not even like Jimmy John’s!  And I was pondering that fact the whole time I was stuffing my face with one of their flavorless sandwiches.  It sucks to gain weight eating food you don’t even like!  So I weighed in Monday at 146.  One pound gained.  At least I did not end up back at that dreaded 147.  Afterword I thought about Mrs. Clause’s binge on “The Biggest Loser” last week, she got herself kicked off for that little stunt.

OK, now it is time to pull myself back up by my own boot straps, whatever that means.  I did stick to my workout schedule though, which probably prevented a two pound gain back to 147 pound land.
