Hot Chicken “Wing Style” Meatballs:
Ingredients:
-1 lb. Ground Chicken Breast
-1/4 c. Panko
-1 Egg
-1/4 c. Carrots (small dice)
-1/4 c. Celery (small dice)
-1/2 c. Onion (small dice)
-1 tsp. garlic powder
-1 tsp. salt
-1 tsp. pepper
-PAM spray
-1/2 to 1 c. Franks Red Hot Sauce
-2 Tbsp. Butter
-Blue Cheese Dressing (I used the brand “Light House”)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl mix together ground chicken, panko, egg, carrots, celery, onion, garlic powder, S, & P. Spray foil lined baking sheet. Form 1-2 in. balls of meat. Place on baking sheet 1 to 2 in. apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 to 45 min. Mix together hot sauce and melted butter. Top meatballs with hot sauce and blue cheese dressing. Eat Them!!!
