Ben and I eat healthy six days a week. One day a week we eat whatever we want. This practice suits us and has helped us maintain healthy weights for the past two years. I’m by no means perfect though. Sometimes I’ll break down and eat a package of Sam’s Pop Tarts or a spoonful of Nutella. But, for the most part, I stick to the schedule that we are super comfortable with now.
Since an outrageous percentage of my thoughts are dedicated to food, during the week, we talk about different things we will make or try on our day off. Last week I noticed this post-it stuck to the kitchen counter:
I laughed because it sounded awful! But we made it anyway. I have to admit it wasn’t bad! Of course I had to add outside elements to hold everything together. It was the ultimate sugar Mecca without any effort. It was similar to something I would throw together if I was having a major sugar breakdown. I asked Ben what it should be called. He said, “Julie’s Jazz Indoor S’mores.”
These are ultimately naughty!!!
