Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake

(25 calorie) Cashew Milk -
300-350

Frozen
Winter (e.g. Hubbard, Butternut, Pumpkin) Squash (Roasted, Cubed, then Frozen) -
25-35
g
scoop
(25-35 g) Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Rule 1 Whey Blend Vanilla Creme) - 1 pkt Truvia sweetener

Pumpkin
Pie Spice -

Pumpkin
Spice Whipped Topping (optional) -

Free Pumpkin Spice Syrup (optional)
Instructions

Add the first 5 ingredients to a blender.

Blend
until smooth. -
Pour into a glass.

Rule 1 Whey Blend Vanilla Creme
I used Hubbard Squash in this recipe. I different winter squash will change your calorie profile slightly.
I’ve tried pumpkin, Hubbard, and butternut squash in this recipe and they all work beautifully! The Pumpkin Spice will highlight most variety’s of winter squash.
