I suppose I have to start somewhere. I made this in Sunday Aug. 22nd. It was OK I guess. The turkey was a little salty, and not very pretty. The side (zucchini stuffed with hot Italian sausage and feta) was OK as well. If I made it again I would maybe add some bread crumbs to the zucchini stuffing and use Monterrey jack cheese instead of feta. “Think mushrooms and onions too.” For the turkey I think that I would not cook it as long, it was a little over cooked, and I would make the sauce on the side. The turkey was cooked in a very thin sauce.
