Monday May 14th, 137 lbs.
So there it is, still at 137. But, I am not surprised. As you can see from my workouts I only got three in last week. Good for maintenance maybe, but not so good for losing.
Running without music is not an option. Even outside. When I run outside with music I turn it down low enough that I can hear Will talking, and can easily hear cars. Here was yesterday’s playlist. I try to change my playlist about once or twice a month. I love to see other people’s playlists. And I get a lot of new music from Sam (my 15 year old). He tries to keep me in the know. Feel free to let me know what your favorite workout songs are. I am always looking for old ones I had not thought of before, or new ones I have not heard yet. This list will get me through 2-3 short runs or one long run. Ben and Sam have iPod touches, but I love my little shuffle! I have owned all four Generations: Gen 1 was OK, Gen 2 was good, Gen 3 was garbage, and Gen 4 is pretty good.
