1. Preheat your oven to 325ºF.

2. Line an 8"x 8" x 2" baking pan with foil backed parchment paper.

3. In a medium sized mixing bowl combine cream cheese, egg, and sugar and blend until smooth. Set aside.

4. In a medium (microwave safe) mixing bowl heat the butter and the white chocolate (in the microwave, on high heat) in 30 second increments (stirring in between) until the mixture is smooth and fully incorporated.

5. Mix in the sugar, eggs, vanilla, and flour. Fully incorporate all ingredients but try not to over mix.

6. Layer the brownie batter, cream cheese mixture, and cherry chips in your lined pan in this order: 1/2 of the brownie batter, 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture, and 1/4 cup of the chips (sprinkled evenly).

7. Next pour over the remaining brownie batter then the rest of the cream cheese mixture.

8. Swirl the brownie batter and cream cheese mixture with a rubber spatula or butter knife.

9. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup of chips evenly over the top of the brownies.

10. Bake brownies (uncovered) for 45 minutes.

11. Cool brownies (in the pan) for a few minutes on a wire rack.

12. Remove brownies from pan lifting out with the pan liner paper.

13. Cool to room temperature.

14. Cut in squares and EAT!!!
